Gaz_1989 9,539 Posted December 25, 2015 Report Share Posted December 25, 2015 for sure these are powefull men who enter this strong man job they train hard , years ago i worked for the murphey bros they had open cast mines and all sorts there was a plant fitter on there a paddy he would carry oxygen and acetaline bottles under his arms ,and lift lorry wheels pluss tyres on the back of trucks ,, he was a naturaly powerfull man , not someone you would call a c.t not even on the telephone ,,lol he had no sence of humour atall .so there is some natural powefull guys around who dont train just work fit , im not sure they could compeat with the worlds strongest man job with all the supliments they eat but paddy was a strong guy and that was on cheese sandwiches ,,lol I saw Eddy Hall bench press 150kg as a kid. I'm talking 17/18 years old. We were messing about with 15kg a side, I remember saying to my mate I wanted to bench 80kg by that Christmas. Eddy was the same age as us, smaller than me, and more than twice as strong. And I was strong for my Age. He's a genetic freak. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

TAXI DRIVER 549 Posted December 25, 2015 Report Share Posted December 25, 2015 It`s recorded in September but shown on telly Christmas/New Year every year.Brian Shaw won it again,Big Z second,Hapthor third and Edddie Hall 4th.
