VWman 232
Will the hw97kt stock fit my hw77 and where will I get one ? Quote Link to post
Rez 4,961
Search gun spares in Google, chambers gun spares do um. Yes, it'll fit. Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,589
Certainly does fit. I have my .22 HW77 set into a HW97K Bavarian Sporter stock and it really makes it a beautiful handling rifle to shoot with. As Rez's reply as to where to look By contrast, I have my .177 HW97K set into an early Mk.I HW77 stock I was given by a good friend here. It absolutely enhances the handling of that rifle superbly too. Maybe Weihrauch should take note! Good luck with your quest VWman. Simon Quote Link to post
villaman 9,982
Or have a look at the cs500 stock https://www.customstock.co.uk/customshop/ 1 Quote Link to post
VWman 232
Thanks guys I had a quick look and for a beach stock they seem to be half the price of a new rifle but I will keep looking. Quote Link to post
villaman 9,982
Walnut will be lighter in weight and that's why the CS500 stocks are so nice ,better wood as well 1 Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,589
The CS500 sporter is a lovely looking stock Mitch. I'm going to have one made for my HW80 .22 custom project rifle I think this year. 1 Quote Link to post

VWman 232
Has anyone used the cs700 thumb hole stock and got photo's ? Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,589
I've shot with a left hand version of the CS700 Thumbhole. VWman. It's very comfortable and shoulders very nicely. I'm not a fan of thumbhole stocks but, this was a very lovely piece of walnut. Edited May 24, 2015 by pianoman Quote Link to post
