Training Tunnels

Recommended Posts

Does anybody use them I've just build one out of scaffold boards 9 inch high 7 inch wide and 8 feet long for my patt pup to get him used to confined spaces he wouldn't go in for a ball or a sausage but he fair flew in when I dragged an old fox tail through we shoot a fair few foxes this time of year I think I'll keep all the tails now ! Edited to say my 6 year old rabbiting russell went mental for it

whuldent bother me lee with traaining tunnles it chuld confuse him into running empty earths like its a game.. i whuld bring a shot carcus home or take him with you and let him have a rag of a fresh dead one to get the scent and take him out when you go for a dig with ya mates and pin him close by so he can hear, smell, and see whats happening that shuld be enough to get him started pal..some lads put a fork between the dog and quarry before its been dispatched and let him have a bay at it with no contact being made
