Blackdog92 2,047
Is it just like car insurance where you still have to pay threw the ear with excess or is it a full cover insurance? Quote Link to post
matt1979 766
Usually about 50 pounds excess but depends on the plan atb Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
My excess is £75. My 2 year old bitch had an operation which came to £3k last year so if I never make another claim again it's paid for itself. 3 Quote Link to post

I never heard of a working dog in Ireland with insurance,I'd say it's an english/british thing.if you are unlucky enough for a dog to f**k himself then do the right thing and start again if you have no other ones coming along. Fly The Boy 341
Just thinking if dog ever gets really hurt,I don't know I'm not for keeping ex worker as pet, life to short, pet is pet for kids, worker is worker,so not sure insurance is good idea, kids dog has pet insurance,do the right thing and start again I suppose.
