Yokel Matt 918
The wind will give you away before anything - keep the weather gauge on where you expect him to show and any old drab clothing will do. Plus you won't look quite so ridiculous... And style is everything. 3 Quote Link to post

3175darren 1,103
Big thing I find is to be comfortable, get sat as said above wind in your face and sit still, identify spots on the ground you are doing that offer good backdrop for you to get against,if you get a map of the ground and put a true north arrow on it, you can check the wind before you go and you will be able to work your approach out properly, do your homework so you know where they are traveling, I do wear a face mask, and a ordinary camo coat, I like to nip out when I come off nights with the rifle for a couple of hours before dawn,so I travel light, its not that hard to do if the home work is done right, Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
No need to waste your money mate, any good cammo jacket, face mask and gloves will be fine, but as said the wind is the most important thing by far, and dont ding your rifle on your sticks, or he will be off like the wind.
