johnny4 0 Posted September 19, 2005 Report Share Posted September 19, 2005 ok this might help press start then press control panel then press system then at top press hardware then just down from it say device manager press it then a box comes up look for dvd/cd rom drives and click it it should say what you have installed mine show 2 dvd writers and the name of them hope it help as iam no pc expert :11: johnny Quote Link to post Share on other sites
