kurgan 5 Posted October 30, 2007 Report Share Posted October 30, 2007 Dont bother there crap, the ones off boats are totally differnt to these ones boat ones are way better but your looking at a couple of hundred for a good one and most havre to be attached to the hull,these ones you cast out there attached to our line then you read off the control thing but the picture is pretty crap i used one off a pier and harbour wall and they were giving the wrong depth and showing massive fish which would have been 12ft long if they were really there,might be off some use in fresh water but sea fishing no point as fish tend to move around not stay in one spot like in ponds ect,save your money and get some decent bait ready for the cod.
