I hate it to,neighbours let them off,and they have really small back gardens,ours is end of row so bit bigger,

I really feel that they should be only done at licensed events,I normally go up local rowing club and see their display.

it seems the family at the back of me cant help setting them off from middle of october on wards ,but i cant say much as hes a foreigner from a worn torn country and the local plod and council for some reason always back him

I used to get kids setting off bangers out the back of my garden, it used to set the dogs off. They weren't frightened just excited but it's annoying.
