Sand

We just treat them like any other burrow but you just have to be a bit more careful while digging . We where on a new permission and the farmers driving me round and says theres lots of rabbits in there but if you ferret them you will loose your ferrets there that deep and sandy . i was back the next day 15 foot collars on all the jills and it took a while but we made a good bag of rabbits . you just cant stand on the burrows and show a bit of sense but there still ferretable

Pedro on heres got one permission miles of sandy bankings and he works them every year , and to my knowledge he never lost a ferret there and usually got into the rabbits numbers wise
