tillylamp 1,972
hi has anyone ever used/owned a bsa .177 spitfire pcp, if so what are they like on power, shot count, only ive never seen or heard of one till today, so I looked at the reviews and it sounded like a very good rifle for only £200 quid. if anyone could share any other info I would appreciate it. thanks tillylamp Quote Link to post
barrywhite 282
I have wondered about this gun to .Interesting to collect and use but out classed by a usual single shot Air Arms or similar I would think . If one was cheap and near me I would be tempted but there are a lot of different guns I would like but a spitfire is bottom of the list. We may find out fore sure . Quote Link to post
tillylamp 1,972
hi barry. I am a bit sceptical about this gun, but that's only because there are so many other good guns out there, but the reviews that I read about this gun were pretty impressive, how true they are is another matter!!, but, they were saying that they are a good fac rifle if need be, but they have full power at 12flb,very accurate, and are light weight, even one guy said "it is as good as his rimfire" (I don't know about that!!!!) but the stock quality was a little poor, it also has a air gauge with easy quick fill, and it was £200 quid, new id be interested to get my hands on one and see for myself. tl Quote Link to post
barrywhite 282
I would think it dosent have a large shot count . Also the gun is unregulated I would think ,so shooting in the guns sweet spot there would not be a mass of shots at 12 ft lbs.If the gun is regulated well then it would be a very good gun .quick to load single shot and light .
