danw 1,748
Hi all just wandering if youve used the bisley fox calls. Me and kruby01 (billy) went out a couple weeks ago and called out 4 charlies within 30 minutes using 1 they are awesome. If you've not used one you really ought to try one out. Word of advice don't keep it in your pocket or in the dash of the truck they get all sorts of shite stuck in them more than once we have lost a charlie when my lamp man has pissed himself laughing at me choking to death from inhaling a bit of corn or fluff 1 Quote Link to post
shropshire dan 467
I also use a squeaker out of a dog toy to good effect Quote Link to post
andy97 209
I also use a squeaker out of a dog toy to good effect tried them also but sounds just like that a dog toy maybe the odd go on it for a different sound but never had much joy with it Quote Link to post
shropshire dan 467
Ive not had much luck. But its nice to try a variety as normally charlie is just inquisitive as to what the noise is. Most fox calls dont sound like a wounded rabbit its just a nosey fox lol. Also if a fox has been shot at using a digital call chances are they won't come into digital call again that's where using a variety of calls comes in handy Quote Link to post

Alsone 789
Fair play didnt realise it was a widgeon call. Uttings also advertise my other call the acme 504 as a widgeon call. Oh well it sure works It doesn't matter if the Mrs. is blowing the magical flute, if it gets the foxes in... That's all that matters Dan. Edited June 1, 2014 by Alsone Quote Link to post
