Anyone Using A Baikel Semi Auto

Was in a gun dealers in killkenny the other day he had a baikel semi there was just wondering did anyone have experience with these my only worry was the weight of it, I know most semi autos jam but some are worse than others, any insight would b great

My son has one of these in cammo, bought it brand new. It has never missed a beat, cycles everything from 28grm to 31/2" magnums. Best semi auto for the money avaiable, infact it would shame some costing twice as much. Have a look on youtube for Baikel mp153 i think it is.

check out youtube for Baikle mp 153 these guns are true work horses. you can fill these guns full of sticky muck and it will still shoot every time ( don't block the bore doe ). they have a downfall doe, if you want to change from 2 3/4" carts to 3" or 31/2" carts you have to take the fore end of and set it by turning a ring by hand but the Baikle mp 153 will never miss a beat.

 

Edited to say the Baikle mp 153 was put through a torture test where it fired 50,000 rounds without been cleaned and it never failed once.

Thinking strong of it now boys but here in Ireland their trying to bring in law to ban the semi shot gun and rifle I'll have to see what way it works out first

I wouldn't worry to much about that now mate with all the reports of corruption and the new minister Francis Fitsjerld promising to reform AGS plus with Calinan gone the new Garda commissioner who ever it may be will have a lot more to worry about than the former commissioner's petti proposals.
