FirearmsUK 0
Hi Everyone,Some of you may be aware Firearms UK started a petition calling for the necessary amendments to the Firearms Act to allow .22 Rimfire pistols to be used in competative sports once more. This petition has the support of many shooting organisations including BASC, SACS and GTN.In just over a week it has achieved over 11,000 signatures but we really need more.Could everyone please sign the petition and share it with their friends, online, on forums, twitter etc to maximise our reach. Already we have acheived the number needed for an official response but we need 100,000 to get it debated in parliament. This should be easy as the shooting community easily numbers over 1.5 million people. The campaign is called unity and we are calling upon every firearms enthusiast to stand with us and back this campaign. We can make history with this and facilitate further positive change in the future. Our campaign webpage:www.firearmsuk.orgDirect link to petition: http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/62588If anyone has any questions you can find us on facebook please search Firearms UK or email us at contact@firearmsuk.orgThank youDave Ewing,Publicity ManagerFirearms UK Quote Link to post

FirearmsUK 0
Thank you to everyone who has signed. Our next target is 12,000 signatures which we aim to achieve over the next few days.
