Panna 68 Posted April 8, 2014 Report Share Posted April 8, 2014 I see no need unless you see dust on the sensor at f/8. I use my camera mostly on the field and sometimes I have to change lens too. I live close to the Nikon service, so I used to jump about once in 2-3 months and ask for a sensor cleaning. It takes 20 minutes and then you can check if they did their job well by taking a nice shot of the sky in f/22. But other then that you should not care for a little dust, you will most likely not see it on your photos in normal circumstances. Just don't change lenses in wind storm.
