danco1987 27
Finally got a chance to pop out for an hour with the bsa scorpion 177 mounted with my newly acquired pulsar challenger gs x1 night vision add on and nikko sterling nighteater 4-16x44 sa scope. Got it setup last week and with the n1000ap that nvscopes.com speedily delivered to me, it gives a lovely clear image. Stalked this rabbit who was feeding in the long grass of a paddock on one of my permissions. Took the shot from nearly bang on my 37 yard zero. Couldn't take the shot off of the bipod due to the high grass so took off my knee instead from a sitting position. Set the n1000 to the lowest setting, still plenty of illumination. There was a slight left to right wind I accounted for and the 10gr exact struck spot on, rabbit down without a twitch. this combo really is accurate, I was shooting 5p groups at 40 yards about 30mins before i took this rabbit so this made it easier. Really impressed with the pulsar challenger and would recommend it to those looking for an add on to their day scope. I manages to get mine for 150 quid off of the auction site in top nick so really chuffed. The nighteater scope partners this unit well. Quote Link to post

reaper1064 285
That's one thing I love about BSA multi's, you can slide your scope up and down the breach without fouling the mag, so making using the challenger a little easier on the neck. 1 Quote Link to post
