The one 8,605 Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 I was sitting here this morning it was gusty wind and rain in it and thought what the feck and we went ferreting , it was rough being right on the coast on the tops it was really rough with the wind blowing up and lifting the nets . When the showers stopped it was a far better day and it didn't seem to affect the rabbit they flew out after putting the ferrets in and giving them time to work the burrows . I had one mark at 12 foot and thought sod that and after giving the ferret a bit of time i got the rabbit with the ferret latched on to its head in the mouth of a hole . We called a halt at 4pm with a round dozen and being honest i was glad to be heading home it had been a long cold day , and when we gutted them to does had marbles in them Quote Link to post
