Nervous Pup

Went on a walk to nite with the pups 1 coliie bull x irish terreiere bull collie saluki. Hound basicaly lurcher to lurcher breed n other other lurchere collie x well the collie bull x pup was grand until a family walked passed n started jumping and pulling away like a mad ting I had to grav him by the collar an try relax him its like he got a bad sense of them cause he was grand walkin bye,otheres until then any 1 anytoughts on this tanx there 6 months old

it sounds like you not socialise them enough,? at that age they should be used to people,motors,animals . you got keep taking them to busy places, go out side a pub etc ... just sit there nice calm don't keep fusing them, just chill and let people just walk past them, the more people they see the better, keep at it nice+steady make it no big deal . :yes:

Would I be right in thinking you got this pup from d.deal . If there the same litter I'm thinking of, they were very well made pups. I was almost going for one but went down a diff route.But I'm thinking they were a few months old when you would have got one, hence the little set back in socialization. either way no big deal just take above advice and pup be sorted whithin a week or so I'm sure

spot on,i sat in asda carpark with one of mine looking like a right dodgy tit, but it worked,atb mc

that's it mate only way :thumbs: when I used take my pup Buck to places like them, most asked if it was gsd x wolf you carnt win lol
