Recommended Posts

:laugh::laugh: ....Definately......he,s shit hot that man ...........very good manager in my opinion i always had faith in him :whistling:

Second from bottom to top ten in 2 games !!.........Going on recent form over the last 4 league games we would be clear top of the league..........just a shame about the 22 games before that :D .........He waved up to the crowd the other night nobody knew whether to stick 2 fingers up and tell him to f**k off or wave back and blow him a kiss........confusing times down the Boleyn at the moment !

It shows how fickle us football fans are. I seen it with Lennon when he took over Celtic. A string of bad results and folk calling for his head. In the end, I admit I was one of them. Yip, fickle bunch we are when it ain't going our way.

Agree, but still don't understand some of his team setups like last weeks straw weight midfield and an unfit right back !!!!

LOVED big Sam laughing at that diving cnut last week, brill.

He's made a good living from management for a while mate, he must know something. It's like all them ex footballer pundits giving their halftime full time analysis..... Aye, it's that easy to manage they'd rather leave football and go into media :)

Imagine for a minute you owned a team like west ham. You've only a limit amount of money competing in a very competitive league. Your priority as owner is survival without spending everything trying. Who do you get to manage that? Choices are flamboyant crowd pleasing manager who has to spend big for success, a young keen manager with no real experience or a guy who has went over the course time and time again with results and is affordable. You just need to look at big Sam to see he doesn't give a f**k about anything other than doing the job of surviving. May not be pretty but he ain't in the job for that and the owners knew that when they were shopping for a manager.
