Odd Rat

hi all i need ideas,s on a cheap and simple rat poison that works as the poison i,m buying from shops don,t seem to be working.as above only the odd rat.just need shut.help please.

" The odd rat " is hardly worth the bother and expense of baiting, mate. Boxes with a traps in them.

When you say that it doesn't seem to be working, what exactly do you mean?

 

Is the bait being eaten? Are you using enough? What bait is it?

 

You also don't say what part of the country you are in. Some areas have resistant strains of rats and the most appropriate active ingredient will depend on where you are.

 

As Pete has suggested; a few Fenns, or break backs should clear up the last few following a baiting programme and will also act as protection from reinfestation.
