Bobba_fett 117
Hello, My GWP pup has developed a very annoying habit of really high pitched screeching when it gets excided, mostly when I am walking all my dogs and they are running about she runs after them screaming her head off. she doesn't do it when she is out on her own and is kennelled with another adult dog and is pretty quiet in the kennel. I've tried telling her off with a gruff "that'll do" but it doesn't help. if she only does it as a pup that is fine, but I am worry it will carry on with this ear splitting screeching into adulthood. Has anyone had this problem? or have any suggestions as to how I can stop this becoming a problem. cheers, Tom Quote Link to post
martyoverandunder 3
My wee Cocker does this when she is waiting for me send her out for A retrieve. Used to do it more when she was a pup but as she has got older she has been doing it less and less. Quote Link to post
stroller 341
We look after dogs and there is a springer that has developed this. My wife has put him on a lead to calm him down and takes him out with calm dogs only it seems to be working Quote Link to post
