Ideation 8,216
Odd question (again!) but who uses floatant (to make the dry fly float) when fishing? And if so, what type (brand) do you use? Also, does anyone use any kind of spray to lubricate / protect the reel? Cheers all, Jai. Quote Link to post
esoxluscious 44
ive used vaseline, gink and a clayish type product i forget the name of on my dry flies (im still a novice), they all worked to a degree but to be honest i didnt find much of a difference between the 'gink' and vaseline, the gink was possibly marginally better Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,216
Cheers for that mate. A friends company has developed a product which he thinks rivals Gink. . . . SO I was just seeing how much of a market is out there . . . . Quote Link to post
