bullx100% 681 Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 been out today to feed the birds and 1 of the stags who paired up as come flying at my kicking me...did it once (a couple of kicks at once) then off he went to the other side of the pen while i changed his water and fresh feed he never did it again but was very vocal while i was in the pen............hes never been like this...normally jumps up on the roost when i open the door for a treat and a fuss.........anyone av any ideas why the sudden aggression....... Ukroosterman 548 Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 Sounds to me like he's just full energy and just trying to get your attention some stags are just very bold bye nature. but you have be carefully cause these are the ones witch can be turnd the rong way very easy if improperly handled aspesicly at a young age try to handle him more but be gentle and talk to him softly. It's also a good idia to give a small treat like a peice of fruit every time you handle him that way he will associate you with somethink good.
