A couple of weeks back get a phone call of my pal ged, can we help out with a bit of ferreting,I said no probs as been a lot of mixy on our spots and not much about. So last Sunday meet up and of to the farm get there and rabbits all over , split up into two squads and straight out with the nets and with the ferrets ,action from the off rabbits coming out all over like bullets .half hour in farm manager turns up sees the rabbits and tells us he was here last night and shot 25 , he said there was between 100 - 150 there. So fully fired up by that we crack on steady flow of rabbits all along the hedge , finished about 1.30 met up with our hosts counted up a canny bag of 52.a bit banter , arrange to meet today and head of home.back today late start 9.30 carry on where we left off last week our hosts go further over from us (cherry picked warrens) net up ferrets in 5 mins then rabbiters death a mixy rabbit all our good thoughts turn to gloom.anyway crack on down the hedge rabbits coming steady then another mixy not good, then form manager turns up let him know what's happening and ofhe goes.Carry on till three ferrets burnt out meet up with our hosts gut and tally up a respectable 58 ,share them out arrange another meet and off home. Just like to say thanks to ged and dolly top lads, defo return the invites when our farms pick.Sorry if this is a bit long a.t.b Moe.

Great bag of rabbits ,nice to have permission like that,bunnies are sparse here the year.

Yes there is rabbits all over this place, not my permission only helping a mate out, still Good fun though.
