Yes and no, certain crimes no but ALWAYS be honest on the forms otherwise they WILL deport your sorry ass on the next plane out :yes: My mate (football hooligan and well known) decided he'd omit some info on the form and they knew straight away.. As soon as they landed the Shermans seperated him and his mrs, put them in rooms and interrogated them both for 5 hours without food etc then booted his ass straight out on the next plane. This was 6-7ish years ago so I'm guessing they have access to data :laugh: He did eventually get to NY, he had to go to the Embassy or consulate can't remember which and plead his case lol they let him in on the proviso that if he caused any trouble they would "beat the shoite out of him and lock him up for a very long time" lol he swears to this day that's exactly what the guy said to him lmao :laugh: Quote Link to post Share on other sites
