I really think we oversimplify politics, LOL. ok then lets just call it what it is................ a bung I don't doubt in many cases it's exactly that, with the official title as 'aid' or 'relief'. I believe the aid budget is used for many reason, some pure and some not quite so. Nonetheless I do believe it's is important to have one, I just don't necessarily agree with the policy or handling of it. the money could quite easily come from other budgets then we would be non the wiser and happy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
