My Nv Effort

Recommended Posts

Just thought I'd bang up my effort at Night Vision. Wiring could be tidier and need a longer weaver rail but it's Good for a couple hundred yards easy. Got my inspiration from Rolaids on youtube. Just need to work on my range estimation at night, missed some prime sitters last night. :whistling:

Nice one Reaper as you say could do with tidying up a bit, but it works. Evan the biggest companies have research and tests before they release a model, but even then they tweek their designs.

I had a NS50 before going for a home build. The NS was ok but i couldn't get used to looking at the sceen at the fixed position that they chose. Unlike you Reaper i haven't got the skill to build my own, so after looking at lots on YouTube i chose to go for a system made by EVOHuntsman. His system is very simular to yours, he has put the camera into a tube and shortened the wiring but he uses a screen like yours which i like because i can position it to my liking.

Got a T20 for lamping, but I bought the Olsen black with adjustable lens early this year from Weebster and it's a bloody good unit. I am however going to knock my son a unit up so I will probably go T20 then.

By the way porky If I hadn't picked over the internet and nicked other peoples Idea's I would have been clueless. Didn't take much real skill to knock this baby up else I would have been screwed.
