What's Your Thoughts ?

Recommended Posts

I offerd to give a pup a home today as the owner couldn't keep him any more for what ever reason, anyway the only real info I was told was that he was a seven month old saluki x the thing is he looks really young, by that I mean he's small with little muscle and sometimes looks abit awkward on his feet and he still has quite a few puppie teeth. Ill be keeping him regardless but I was wondering what your thoughts were on him and do you think he has much growing left ?

Yea I was thinking about 4-5 months as he has his front adult teeth in but still quite a few puppy molers, ill be taking him for a mooch tomorrow and see if he's interested in owt

You'd be better off getting a bond with him round the garden and getting him jabbed imo.

Looks about 5 months, his ears are still folded over, so he's still teething well, get him a big meat bone to knarl :D

Edited to say, get him on a few small meals a day, and watch how fast he grows by the time he's 9 months

He was crying out for some good bait when I got him back he ate about half a kilo of mince mixed with his dry food no problem, ill be taking a trip to durham animal feeds tomorrow

When I asked if he'd had his jabs before I took the dog the lad said he had but was abit hesitant so ill be taking a trip to the vet to see if he can be given them again
