air gun ant 1,666
Saw my first woodcock of he season on Saturday, I thought it was still a bit early yet? Anyway my pup put it up on the second drive of the day and it flitted out the wood and climbed to about 50yrds in hight and dodged it's way all the way down the line making boys out all the gun but folded at the second barrel of the last gun, cracking shot! Since some of them breed over here maybe it was one of them rather than the wintering birds?
