Looks good that....

 

And more secure now you have doubled up the mesh....

 

But if you have a problem with foxes etc...

 

Id recommend weld mesh....

 

Its strong as feck... and if fitted correctly... no fcuker is getting through it...

I see what you mean now,i think it was fox that got in afew days ago :censored: how is yours fixed from the inside? stapled? :hmm:

 

mine was stapled before ( ok the mesh was nowhere near as strong as yours ) but SOMETHING pushed the staples out, just thinking what else I could have used?

I used 'U' nails....longest i could find...depending how thick your wood is.....every 4/5 squares.....

Fooking strong...

 

 

Where yours is I can't see you getting a lot of bother or any wildlife attempting to bother them

I thought mine was inch weld mesh and stapled every two inches but mine seems a lot thicker than your mesh ?

Naa yours isnt thicker than that :hmm: .... thats thicker than the stuff on my dog kennel... needed a grinder to cut it :yes: ... Edited by Blue Pocket Rocket

Well you've learned the hard way unfortunate . But listen to B.P.R , weld mesh and well built is the only option with ferrets . Cheers j .
