fireman 11,153
The birds are at their most vunrable health wise during the moult and Raymond is spot on,stress is under rated as a bird killer and even with us humans it causes half our health problems and to ignore it will end in one way only .By waiting a few more weeks will more than double your chances of getting good heathly birds that have moulted out and are feather fit to cope with moving into a new home, young Spartan lives less than 10 miles from me but he;ll have to wait till i see the birds will cope with the move as wouldn't be proper shiite for the lad to be given birds now and for him to find them feet up in his flights tomorrow through stress of moving? and i 'd rather him have fit good looking birds than moth eaten looking vunerable ones which they are right now.
