Well done to everyone, It was a great day and it was lovely to see so many new faces at the event this month. Hope you and all your whippets enjoyed yourselves and that you can make it back again for the final event of the season on Sunday 15th September when we are hoping to have our usual end of year BBQ :snack:(More details to follow closer to the time)

There was a great turnout of young pups so this month we decided to add an extra class for 'Baby Puppies'............... it's nice to see that there will be some lovely youngsters coming on for next year

:signthankspin: to everyone who made donations for the raffle and helped out in anyway on the day. It's all very much appreciated :notworthy:

Pictures from the days event will be posted on the Clubs facebook page 'Sporting Whippet' shortly

Thanks to everyone who attended yesterdays show, donated to the raffle or helped in any way................all greatly appreciated. There were 30 dogs raced in total, and the Grade A final was one of the closest finishes we've ever had!

I judged the childrens handling and I have to say each and every child could put us adult handlers to shame! Their concentration and patience with their dogs was great to see.................it was very difficult to choose the winners.

Was a really enjoyable day, as it always is. The club should be proud with the numbers they got on Sunday, and how well it was run. Really looking forward to the final one. Might have to get a longer muzzle for ollie if its going to be that close again lol
