stealthy1 3,964
A really late litter mate something happen to her earlier No, nothing happened to her, just been waiting for a good hob to turn up to give her a good litter of kits to replace a couple of aging jills I have, which are 6 years old now, and after this season they may well slow down. So replacements are needed, but not for this season, so no rush to breed, its my youngest jills first litter, she's 2 and a half years old, and I'm happy with her working ability over the past couple of seasons, I only got the hob to replace my snipped hob, who is a getting a bit long in the tooth the service all of my jills on his own. So I held out for a good hob to put to my youngest jill, with a view to killing two birds with one stone, by using a good hob to produce the replacement kits, and then have him snipped to replace my old snipped hob in case he gives up the ghost. The young jill produced 6 kits, which is two for me, two for a mate and two for a mate of the Mrs, so just the right number if all the kits make it, jobs a good'un 1 Quote Link to post
