Reminded me of when I was a kid on a school trip to Chester Zoo (Which initself was like the tv play 'Our Day Out', anyone remember that?)..... Anyway's, we went when there was real heavy snow on the ground......BIG mistake lettin 60 school kids from Anfield Comp loose !!! Every poor fecker (mostley critters) got a 'broadside' of snow balls (Gophers especially..........great fun!), then yours truley and his mates wander's over to the Tigers enclosure............. Now the Tiger was lookin a bit pissed off about the weather as it was, so when 6 or so little shits started raining snow balls at it, it wern't gonna take it lightley..........this thing turned an ran at us full pelt , now when people say.....'why didn't you/they just run'....... Let me tell ya.....you just can't.......this thing took a giant leap an hit the chain link, towering at about 8 feet the Tiger bowed it to about what seemed like a foot away from my face (them days, 1970's, chain link fence an a metal barrier bout 4 foot back from it)....... Oh yes, I have smelled Tiger breath close up (the wrong way!).......Followed by some other stench???......Rather embarrasin on the bus home.......!!!!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
