Malt 379
My nan died a few weeks ago and my mum found my grandad's old breeding diary when she was sorting her stuff out the other day and gave it to me: Reading through it reminds me of him sat there content in his shed for hours just listening to the birds sing and watching them go about their business. Kind of like this section really, I get reminded of him all the time in here! I genuinely mean to start keeping a few birds at some point in the future when I'm in a better position too, I just hope some of you helpful guys are still on here when the time comes! Tiercel 6,986
have a like on me Mal. I come in this section all the time and read the posts as I just love watching birds. Never even thought about keeping them though. The dawn corus is tailing off here and already I miss it, sitting in the kitchen with a cup of coffee and the back door open just listening to the corus is aboslute heaven. My favourite must be a blackbird singing just after rain. So clear. Even the Chaffinch with the repitious song is music to my ears.
