I am looking for the comments of the handwriting expert in relation to Neil so mean while I would ask the following questions.

 

Neil I would ask you the following questions:

 

1] Neil why did you sign the legal form to say that the cable tied birds was a gift and then later on say the bird was a sold when you must have know that either which way it was a criminal offence?

 

2] Neil why would I sell you a cable tied bird that I did not have a licence to sell and then gift you two closed ringed spars that I could have sold you? Do you accept that I could have sold you a number of closed ringed peregrine falcons at the time I gifted you a peregrine falcon with a cable tie? Do you accept that you and your brother came to my home the year before to collect birds that I also gave to you as a gift.

 

3] Neil why did you not report the matter to the police if I HAD OF ALREADY TICKED THE BOX TO Say the bird was a gift?

 

4] Neil if you really phoned the DOE to say that I had already ticked the gift box and the DOE told you just to send in the document do you give me permission to read your DOE record in relation to this phone call? Alternatively, does it not exist?

 

5] Do you have a history of taking birds from people then not paying for them or returning them after the breeding project? For example, are you going to pay for Mark’s bird or are you going to return the bird.

 

6] In relation to the Small Claims case know it was treated as an abuse of process as far as I was using a lower court to try and over turn the judgement of a higher court. Moreover, the whole intention was to secure the registration documents that Lynne Garvey withheld from my defence.

 

7] Neil please answer the following questions.

Can you please say why you have possession of two(2) birds, 2 legally bred captive birds may I add, that you took from Mark Robb with the intention of paying for, and subsequently failed to make any payment whatsoever.

IT WAS POSTED ON THE WORLD WIDE FALCONER FORUM. IT IS SICKENING TO HAVE SAID SUCH THINGS ABOUT SUCH NICE PEOPLE. IT SHOWS THE LIKE OF NEIL HUNTER AND HIS FRIENDS IN THEIR TRUE LIGHT; THE BIAS THAT THEY PUT ON THE IFF AND THE EVEN GREATER BIAS THEY PUT ON THEIR OWN FORUM. SARA WAS GREATLY INSULTED BY THE OPEN REMARKS AND SHE DID NOT DESERVE SUCH FILTHY REMARKS FROM ANY OF THEM. NEITHER DID MARK OR ME. She does not have a bad thought for any one before such remarks were made.

 

I WANT THE TRUTH TO COME OUT HOWEVER I WOULD NEVER USE SUCH REMARKS. RESORTING TO SUCH PERSONAL COMMENTS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE JUST BECAUSE HUNTER CANNOT WIN THE ARGUMENT WITH FACTS.

Now explain your side, I deserve an explanation as your lies were used to send me to jail while the DOE withheld your registration document, yet Guy Shorrock was given access to my private file. This is fact can be proven from documented evidence that I have. This not justice or a level playing. Recently Animal Health has stated that they will not deal with the RSPB again AFTER THE RAIDING OF A RESPECTED MOREOVER A TOTALLY INNOCENT FALCONER USING BOGUS INFORMATION. I cannot at this stage go into detail as the incident is being investigated by the police complaints Authority however once the legal matters have been dealt with you will hear a lot about the case in question, in fact is the jewel in the crown to expose the truth.

The other thing you should know from your Law background is that it is not always essentisl to prosecute minor offences

when there are bigger fish to fry when a case is being built up against a particularly nefarious individual.

In this instance it makes no sense to detract from the key player.

Neil signed it he does not deny that, he took advice fromn the DOE before sending the form in, bad advice maybe

but that was recognised by the fact he was not prosecuted.

He gave you the money.........fact

I have decided to make one more post on this thread. I will not comment further regarding Canning or his allegations.These have been dealt with and he can argue the toss till he is blue in the face.He is a liar and a thief.

 

I will answer the Mark Robb allegation and it will be long winded I am afraid,but before I do so I do take offence to the comments regarding my mothers funeral as that is nonsense.My mother had recently died at that time and her funeral may have been mentioned so I would rather not talk about that as it irrelevant.

 

I had known Mark Robb for a few years.In 1997 I was flying a female peregrine that I had purchased from a friend and Mark Robb had bred. Mark called me and asked me if I would sell the falcon back to him as it's mother and sister had died and he would lose the bloodline. As the bird was a decent size and a good gamehawk I said I would rather keep it. Mark wasn't pleased ,called me a **nker and hung up on me. A few days later he called me again.He apologised for his conduct and begged for the falcon back for breeding. He said he would give me what I paid for her and a brown tiercel the following breeding season. I agreed and met him a day or so later.He paid the money agreed, and we shook hands on the agreement.

Within a week he had lost the falcon due to faulty telemetry.

1998 no brown tiercel.1999 no brown tiercel. 2000 no brown tiercel but Mark asked if I wanted to buy a couple of gyr/peregrines. I was short of cash so he suggested I pay for them in November.He said we should be able to sort out the brown tiercel as well. I picked up the 2 gyr/peregrines in the August.

September 2000 Mark asked me to help him jess up 8 white gyr/pere for a large breeder as a favour. I travelled down ,leaving very early and arrived around 8 am. During the course of the day the 8 falcons were jessed up and boxed and were taken away around 8pm.

Mark then asked if, as a favour,I would fly a male gyr/prairie at gulls as he had 2 left and couldn't get rid of them. I agreed and by the time I had jessed up that falcon it was now midnight. It was a couple of days before I spoke to Mark but when I did he said to add the £500 for the gyr/prairie onto the money for the gyr/peres. I told him that was not the agreement and we had a heated argument about it on the phone and he hung up.

October 2000 he was coming up to Edinburgh for some reason and was meeting friends at the local Ikea store. There may have been another exchange of falcons. He had been on the road all day,so I met him and Sara,they followed me to my house and I nipped out for food and as Mr Canning said it was Pizza(an insult Derek as I was only making sure they were fed before their trip south).Money was not discussed at this time.

In November 2000 I sent £1700 to Mark Robb by recorded delivery in payment for the 2 gyr/peregrines.Mark phoned me to thank me and asked about the £500 for the gyr/prairie male. I told him that I was not happy about the way that agreement had gone and he was very abusive about it. I asked him about the brown tiercel peregrine I was owed for the last 3 seasons and he said he did not know what I was talking about. He demanded payment for the gyr/praire or the return of the bird. I said I would be more than happy to pay for it once I had the tiercel I had been promised every year since 1997.

 

Since then he has rubbished me to every one he can and has lied saying I stole a number of falcons from him. I even phoned him in the last few months to discuss the situation and sort it out once and for all. He replied "I'll talk to you once you return all them falcons you stole of of me" and hung up.

With some people you just cannot win.
