REAL buttermilk was the liquid left over from churning butter. This new stuff is just milk with cultures added to it. I love home made buttermilk pancakes, but this new imposter isn't a patch on the old one. Any ideas where to get the proper stuff? 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
