Dominic_newman2002 1
What pellets do you recommend for rabbits in a .177 BSA ultra multi shot and also what sort of range are you getting thanks Quote Link to post
jw74 27
i would try accupels or jsb exacts, the best for rabbits will be the ones you can shoot with the tightest groups.as for range thats debatable but its more down to as far as you can hit them in the right spot.ive taken a rabbit at 56yds and it went down like it was 20yds. a lot of people say if you can hit a 2 pence every shot at a certain distance then thats your range, however im teaching my 11 yr old at the min and he has to hit a mint imperial every shot for 10 shots as i think this is more like the kill zone(bear in mind you need to hit between the ear and the eye)hope this helps Quote Link to post
villaman 9,977
Daystate heavies ,jsb heavies 10 .25gr same pellet BSA PCP prefer a heavy pellet . these pellets at 50+ yards hit 1" higher than 8.44 gr pellet ie AA fields Quote Link to post
tinson1 16
I use air arms fields, there really good, group well, and have had a few birds haven't tried a rabbit yet! Look at the review on you tube vermin hunters tv! Quote Link to post
milegajo 595
Superbly accurate little guns. Stick to reputable brands, experiment over time to fine tune and you'll be sitting pretty nailing them bunnies. All the best and enjoy! Quote Link to post
