When the lorry turned up, the guy said; " And how are we supposed to get it inside, chief? " I felt such a c***! They obviously get a lot of that though. He just shrugged and said he'd take it back to the shop. I followed him back and picked out a far smaller one. But, can you see how easy a mistake it is to make?
