thanks for all the advice, the polythene pots sound good anything to save a few quid! got a book ordered online and heading to a local garden centre later for a nosey :thumbs:

 

i dont have an outdoor tap so am planning on a water butt any tips i should know?

 

'paulus' are you located in the south of england to get away with outdoor toms and chillis?

i dont have a greenhouse yet,so im putting them on the kitchen sill,gets warm there early and we get sun all day,being south facing,went into wilkinsons, they had like a poly greenhouse a walk in one,£40,got some albert bartlett spuds,rooster and apache,try them in bags.
