theworkingferret 56
poke net are just double peged purse nets which close from both ends there used on big holes Quote Link to post
AndyKelly 251
a poke net is roughly one and a half sized purse nets ( about 4 and a half foot and 20+meshes wide) they are pegged at each end for more maneuverability and are good for double holes and under tree stumps and other tricky holes, 2 Quote Link to post
ferretsuk 5
Do they hold rabbits better Quote Link to post
AndyKelly 251
the bigger the net up to a point will hold the rabbits, ive had two rabbits comfortably in one poke net and you have room to dispatch the rabbit in the net without fiddling on and taking the rabbit out of the net 1 Quote Link to post
The one 8,408
There handy for covering bigger holes and have the extra bagging to hold the rabbits comfortably , but some times guys use them to cover two holes close together and first rabbit bolts into the net and then a second bolts out the other hole and you loose it .a odd one or two in the net bag is handy Quote Link to post
