A & M Cylinder For The Hw100

Hello.....

I made a call to Adi and Mandy at "A & M Custom Gunsmiths" the other day explaining what I wanted in regards to a cylinder for my HW100KT and even though the standard moderator as good could it be improved by replacing it with a after market modification.

By the way I need to say this in all honesty

Adi and Mandy at A & M Custom Gunsmiths was great people and Adi took more than enough time to discuss matters with me in depth and gave his honest opinion which made sense.

Adi never tried at any point to sell me anything, in-fact when he heard my local accent he told me to contact Darryl / Marksman on this forum.

So I Did !

Then after contacting Darryl I arranged to meet him at his home and I must say a great bloke !

With literally 5 mins he fitted a A & M Cylinder along with a Twink MK2 moderator ( Yes he knows his stuff )

Ran a few tests afterwards showing me the difference between the standard HW100 moderator "which is good" and compared it to the Twink2, well at that stage if I said its no better "I would of been a liar", the difference was massive to the ear.

He filled the cylinder and tested it for leaks and then decided to chronograph test the gun using a variety of pellets through his professional chronograph as opposed to my little Combro Chronoscope Mk4, he compared the 2 units and to be honest these little Chronoscope Mk4 by combro are very good. ( That’s another story...LOL )

I did originally only go for a cylinder so I did not fetch enough money with me but Darryl said do not worry just send it to him.

You know all of a sudden I was thinking the world has gone to sh*t.....

Then you meet honest decent people like these folks who obviously do not put money before friendship and all of a sudden I feel better.

What can I say ?

Pleased with the service, pleased with the help and comments and overall pleased with the down to earth honesty of these folks.

PS ...Not to forget the stuff you get is 100% an improvement and worth every penny of what you pay.

But then Do not believe me ...just contact one of them and make up your own mind.

I am not trying to convert the owners of standard HW100 rifles but if you do decide to make the a change like I have you will see how better things can be.

Going through a deal with darryl as we speak.

Spoke a few times over the phone and sounds a nice helpful bloke

putting a lot of effort in to make sure im happy with the deal.
