sthelens hunter 73
i would not worry about it it looks like they have very little if any evidence against you 1 Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
I would fight this myself. Section 1 is hunting mammals with dogs. You had no game on you? Is there any evidence you were hunting? When they can't prove you were hunting, which they can't, they will go down the trespass route. Did they seize any equipment? Lamps? Etc. Quote Link to post
mikeball 108
I wouldn't worry doesn't sound like they have a lot on you. Good luck Quote Link to post
haymin 2,465
i was cautioned at the roadside on the a17 for section 1 of the hunting with dogs act 2004. they have now sent me a summons for tresspass in seacrh or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipe or conies. the police never saw me on the land it was a few women with some fanny lickers that reported me an i was also on a public footpath. so in my eyes they have no eveidence its just i carnt risk not getting a decent soliciter because of my job or i would of gone in on my own who nows lad best of luck all depends , you should'nt have said anything to the old bill before speaking to a solicitor except for your name and address and walking the dogs good luck Quote Link to post
