Out in the rain 12 in the bag

Me and my brother went out this morning for local mooch all good and well till we got to the land and it just pisst down lol. We walking along the bottom field near the river witch has seven good size sets in smallest has 6 holes biggest one 35 but that one was too close to the river which is up a good 5ft . Nothing out the first too but not my dogs falt at wrong marking the set it me to eager (again) next one we got 4 with one little dig off 2ft there was jess hanging on the rabbets head , next a bigger set of about 15 holes this time my other little polecat Jill Jenny 's turn my little dog Molly going mad at a rock then she just stood looking at this rock then a rabbit bolted from under it ! A hole I mist she must of been telling me about it lol she got it within a foot of coming out .4 more out that set 9 bolted 9 in the bag thanks to Molly . By this time we were dripping wet so we done one more set getting 3 . I was a shallow dig with 2 in the net we lost one out of this set with the net snagging up Molly gave chase and very nearly got it a good 200 yrd corse for a little JR . A very wet but very good day . I'am also well impress with this the first season for my two jills & Molly all just gone a year they really starting to click and do me proud Edited January 5, 2013 by mhopton

Well done. I went out ferreting today with my 3 year old son, 7 year old daughter and ten month old whippet. Nothing at home but the polecats , whippet and kids enjoyed the day out lol
