My New Gun \ BSA Ultra .177 Single shot

Yesterday i swapped my Weirauch hw97k for a BSA Ultra single shot .177 with a rowan engineering conversion kit (Magazine kit) fitted, a moderator fitted, and he also told me it has being regulated, it has also got a bi-pod fitted, but no scope.,

i am wondering if there is any way to tell if it has actually being regulated or not, not that i don't trust the guy.

If so, please can any one en-lighten me?

The wiring in the back ground lol kind of my trade I notice it .... when you say regulated what do you mean fps of gun ??

Looks like it has a reg. Most of your cable clips are nailed on the top side of the cable and not underneath lol

Ahh that's not my house mate, it's the previous owner's before i go hold of it, and he just said it has been regulated inside, it make's your shot's and power more consistent

The reg is fitted between air cylinder and the block its a separate valve so you'll see it.

If he is saying internals perhaps its just been blue printed not regged

thanks mate, can you give me a detailed explanation on what exactly this does?

sorry to be a noob i only got into shooting 6 month's ago and this is my first pcp gun

Yep that's a reg. basically it's a separate cylinder of an exact amount of air taken from the air cylinder so every time you pull the trigger you get the same volume and pressure of air

Yes Bag dad is right, the short amount of cylinder shown is the part that houses the regulator, XTX, Tench, and JB, are the usual installers of that part which is a excellent addition to even out the consistancy of the shot to shot reading of the velocity of your shots. Your a lucky fellow. Well done.

Having said that Jonesy the Ultra is a very, very accurate rifle, will outshoot the standard HW at ranges over 35 yards!.
