Which air rifle to get?

Hey lads am new to the air rifle scene and was just wondering if any of you could advices me on what rifle to get. I have a max budget of about £650 and am looking for a PCP air rifle.

Well i have been looking at the air arms s410 which i am told its a great rifle. I have also been looking at the bsa scorpian se and the r-10 as theses seem to be good rifles as well just dunno which one to get.

Id be shocked if another pcp up to £1000 would better it for accuracy if matched with the correct pellet and shot correctly. Match it yes but better it Im not sure.

Cheers Si was looking at the ultra se at my local gun shop looks and feels a great rifle but was wanting something with a bigger shot count as the gun will be used mostly for plinking and a bit of hunting.

The shot count is now almost 50 in .22 and just over 40 in .177 so im now informed Gaz.

Good, used Rapid mk1 (as they are easier to get running sweet than the mk2 and cheaper) Accuracy to match anything. In .22 shot count of around 250 per fill from a 400cc bottle.nothing more rugged and very reliable.

I have been looking at the BSA R10 MK2. Looks like alot of gun, albeit a bit pricey
