Problem with B & F collar...HELP!

When I'm trying to charge my collar up the amber light is constantly lit up, I've read in the instructions and it says that when charging it should be a constant red light and then green when charge is full so why is mine coming up amber??? And it isn't charging it. I left it on charge for 36 hours a few days ago, took it out and it was low battery (flashing red)...Can anyone shed light on the the problem?

Sounds like the rechargable battery is knackered , have you also tried some elses charger with youre collar ?

I hope not, it's only 18 month old! I'll try another charger and see if it differs...cheers.

No, a mate let me use his spare charger and it didn't even light the collar up, so that must be f****d?? Going to email b and f and see what response i get.

As well as email call them direct & explain calmly what the problem is hes not too bad to talk to .

Well I rang them last week and explained the problem, they said send it in, which I did. And I've just got a brand new one in the post this morning, couldn't ask for a better service...happy days.
