chris k 205 Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 as far as im aware its still the fact of if you have the paper work saying its de-activated your coverd but i heard a rumer a couple of years back that it was going to change to you have to regist them with the plod as well. dont know if this went threw though.
