FAC application

i am applying for my FAC and i have a couple of questions.

what calibre would be the best for fox? also for the rabbits, im after something accurate but not massively expensive for the fox but with the rabbits something with a decently priced ammunition as there is quite a few around. now i know you will just start listing the ones like .22 .17 but what are the difference like you can have a .22 hornet and a .17 hmr?

 

any websites or information on the different calibres available? also the advantages etc..

also any tips on the application itself? i would like to list asmany calibre i would need as to save paying for another calibre in the future

also they all would more than likely be rimfire unless a centerfire is better?
