mattydski 560
Couple of weeks ago, as is the norm now, BASC Scotland, held a young shots ferreting day.. Basically it is an opportunity for youngsters with little or no land, or youngsters that want an introduction to ferreting to get down and dirty. My self and friend have helped out for a couple of years now.. basically because we enjoy it, the kids are normally well behaved and keen to learn. The only payment for the day, is a couple of Tesco sandwiches, and a carton of juice, but we'd do it anyway.. Here's the photos for the day......... seems ma dog was in most of them.... (guess Kenny liked her!! ) she does enjoy her work http://www.basc.org.uk/en/in-your-area/scotland/galleries/youngshots-ferret-day-forfar-2012.cfm# I think the tally for the day was about 17 rabbits and the kids had a great day...
