Cookie:

90% of our permission is hedges so we've not got a lot of choice, it's Oct now so it's a case of getting in amongst it and doing the best you can............. plus I'm not happy on a Monday unless I'm covered in scratches

 

Sirus:

We give each other a load of stick if we miss 1 , Sunday was a bit of a mooch we waited for the dogs to mark and done sections of the hedge rather than working 1 end to the other. As the season progresses we'll work the entire hedge, stop net the end and purse, run nets in the hedge. The dogs are invaluable on these hedges thats for sure

Thanks mate, your lovely trip to the dales and those open buries will be long forgotten when your on your hands and knees crawling through the hedge rows again....... back to reality

Stealthy: your not wrong mate any digging would be a nightmare the bottom of the hedges are big rock boulders.....luckily they was no digging on Sunday, just a bit of waiting lol
